We hire across every department, the registers, the meat counter, the bakery, the shelves, and none of them require experience. We'll train you, and you'll learn from people who've been doing this for years.

Small store, small team: you'll know everyone's name by the end of your first week, and the owners work the same floor you do.

Working at Friends & Family Market is like having a day out with your friends, but with a job! Everyone is so cheerful and makes it a joy to work with. You can get your tasks done and still feel happy throughout the day. The atmosphere is laid-back, and you truly feel valued by everyone around you. Plus, you get to know the regulars and even learn everyone’s name!

I have been working at Friends and Family almost 4 years now. It’s been one of the best places I have ever worked. The name truly says it all. It is a true community of people, most becoming more like family. The owners are kind and caring and very supportive. We have a great team of people all working together to make the store a really different experience from most stores. We know our community and that’s important to Dave and Matt. They want us to take the time and help the customers find what they need, and maybe catch up on what’s going on in their lives. Matt does a great job bringing in specialty items and that doesn’t go unnoticed by the customers. People are often surprised by some of the things we carry they can’t get anywhere else. This job has been one of the biggest blessing for me. It’s built my self esteem and it truly feeds my soul. I am so lucky to have found a job that I love so much!

I’ve been working part-time at Friends and Family Market for almost four years, and I’m really glad to be here. I like to tell people I have three bosses, all of them younger than me! There’s Dave, the owner, his wife Jane, and their son Matt, who I work with the most. Matt is always full of energy and keeps things upbeat. They’re all great bosses who truly care about their employees and customers, and I’m always amazed at how much they put their employees first.

The customers are a big part of what makes this place special, too. We have so many regulars that we see every day, and we really look forward to seeing them. It’s a fun place to work. Sure, we work hard, but there’s something special about this store. It’s unique, it carries products you won’t find just anywhere, and people are always surprised by how much is packed into our little store! Friends and Family Market really does live up to its name. The family, the coworkers, the customers, and the connection to our community are what make it such a great place to be and I’m happy to be part of it.

Retailer may, at any time, for any reason, make changes to the Services and/or modify this Consumer TOS in its sole and absolute discretion.
